These Terms apply to Masterji's doorstep tailoring, blouse stitching, alteration services, local tailoring visits and garment measurement appointments across supported service cities.

📋 Please read these Terms carefully before booking any service on masterji.online. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. About masterji.online

masterji.online is a doorstep tailoring booking platform. We connect users with expert tailors for measurements, custom stitching, alterations, and garment repairs — delivered directly to your home or office.

2. Booking Fee & Payment

The platform charges a one-time, non-refundable Booking Visit Fee of ₹50 (Fifty Indian Rupees) at the time of reservation. This fee:

Covers only the expert tailor's doorstep visit and scheduling of the appointment.
Is NOT inclusive of stitching, alteration, repair, fabric, or other service charges.
Is processed securely via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps).
Is non-refundable once the booking visit is confirmed.

⚠️ Important: The ₹50 booking fee is solely for scheduling the tailor's doorstep visit. Charges for actual services such as stitching, alterations, or repairs are additional and will be quoted separately after measurements and service evaluation based on garment type, complexity, fabric, and requirements.

3. Additional Service Charges

The following charges are separate from the ₹50 booking fee and are determined at the time of the tailor's visit:

Custom Stitching: Charges based on garment type (e.g., blouse, suit, lehenga, kurta), design complexity, and fabric.
Alterations: Charges based on the type and extent of alteration required.
Repairs: Charges based on damage severity and materials used.
Uniform/Curtain Tailoring: Charges as quoted by the tailor based on quantity and specifications.

All additional service charges are payable directly to the tailor after service completion. masterji.online does not process these payments unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the scheduled visit time for a refund of the ₹50 fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled visit.
If the tailor fails to arrive without notice, a full refund of the ₹50 booking fee will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Fabric Provision

Customers are responsible for providing the fabric unless otherwise specified during the booking process.

6. 5-Day Fit Guarantee

masterji.online offers a 5-day fit guarantee applicable only to fit-related alterations. If the completed garment does not match the measurements taken during the tailor's visit, a fit-related re-alteration may be provided subject to the following:

The garment has not been washed, damaged, or altered by a third party.
The issue is reported within 5 days of delivery.
The issue relates only to fit and measurement accuracy.
The guarantee does not apply to design changes, additional customization, or requests raised after the guarantee period.

7. Modification Policy

Requests made after the 5-day guarantee period will be treated as a new service request and may incur additional charges.

8. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and complete contact and address information at the time of booking.
Users must be present or arrange for a representative to be present during the tailor's visit.
Users must ensure that the fabric or garments are available at the time of the visit unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

masterji.online is a booking and scheduling platform. We are not responsible for damage to fabrics or garments caused by user mishandling after service delivery, third-party alterations, or incorrect measurements provided by the user.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
